Eaton’s Electrical division is currently seeking a Scrum Master- Embedded Systems. The expected annual salary range for this role is $99,749 - $146,299 a year. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. **What you’ll do:** The Scrum Master for Embedded Systems acts as a coach for the Agile team, guiding them on SAFe principles and practices. Their role is to help the team continuously enhance their processes and outcomes in embedded software development. They will drive the delivery of embedded software/firmware releases and facilitate the SAFe agile processes. This is an exciting opportunity to assist with a scaled agile transformation focused on increasing organizational effectiveness. **In this role you will:** • Coach the team on Agile Principles and ensures accountability. • Facilitate all scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-Up, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Retrospectives and Sprint Reviews, ensuring they are productive and kept within the timebox. • Partner with the product owners and development team to ensure that all requirements and specification of embedded software subsystems are defined, and targets are met. • Remove impediments to the team's progress, working closely with other Scrum Masters and organizational entities to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization. • Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress to all affected teams and management. • Foster an environment of collaboration, openness, and transparency, promoting team self-organization and cross-functionality. • Assist with the preparation and participation in PI (Program Increment) Planning events. • Foster an environment of collaboration, openness, and transparency, promoting team self-organization and cross-functionality. • Drive Continuous Improvement activities to improve collaboration, communication, and efficiency in addition to reducing operational waste. **Qualifications:** **Required (Basic) Qualifications:** + Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution + Minimum of Five (5) years’ work experience as Scrum Master or Facilitator + Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification + No relocation benefit is being offered for this position.
