**Responsibilities & Qualifications** **RESPONSIBILITIES** + Serve as a dedicated Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Agile values and principles. + Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. + Coach teams in Agile best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization. + Remove impediments and shield the team from distractions to maintain focus on sprint goals. + Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog effectively. + Promote Agile methodologies and foster an environment of transparency and open communication. + Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess team efficiency and areas for improvement. + Facilitate cross-team coordination and collaboration in a scaled Agile environment. + Provide guidance on Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, as applicable. + Support the adoption and implementation of Agile tools and practices across the organization. + Ensure compliance with security and clearance requirements as mandated by the organization. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** + Active Secret Clearance (or higher) + Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent certification. + Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach. + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. + Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe. + Experience working in a government or defense contracting environment is a plus. + Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills. + Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. + Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rally, or VersionOne. + Knowledge of DevOps practices and Agile at scale frameworks. + Previous experience working with distributed teams. + Strong analytical and reporting skills. **Overview** We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Scrum Master to join our team supporting a government customer.
