We are seeking a highly organized and influential Scrum Master to lead application and data integration teams, with a strong emphasis on SAP integration. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering integration solutions that align with business needs, meet project milestones, and ensure quality outcomes.
This role is located at a client site in Fort Lauderdale, Florida area. A hybrid working model is acceptable.
• Coaching and training
• Mentor new team members and employees
• Help team members understand the product's vision and scope
• Ensure team members understand their roles and accountabilities
• Help team members understand Agile values and principles
• Facilitating ceremonies
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups
• Ensure effective communication between the product owner and the Scrum team
• Organize Scrum events and workshops
• Removing obstacles
• Identify and remove potential distractions and obstacles that could hinder progress
• Help the team avoid overcommitting tasks
• Help the team deliver effective product enhancements
• Help the team develop self-management skills
• Help employees and stakeholders understand and use an empirical approach for complex work
• Educate product owners, teams, management, and clients about agile practices.
• Foster clear and open communication across teams, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CSM or equivalent Agile certification
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is strongly desired.
• Timeliness, accuracy, and professionalism.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on data integration and application integration projects.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, ITSM and Asist a plus
• Solid understanding of data integration methodologies, APIs, and middleware technologies.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Planview, Jira).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading teams using Agile methodologies and ability to work in a hybrid environment.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $84,000.0 - $186,000.00
