Job Description A Fortune 100 client is needing a Scrum Master to join their enterprise team. A successful candidate will have expertise acting as a Scrum Master within enterprise environments, preferably within application development Agile team. The team that you would be joining is focused on ensuring on-time delivery for a team that is 20+ people in multiple time zones. This team spans working relationships across business units and technical teams; a successful candidate will need to know how to navigate between teams as priorities and deliverables change. Project work is a blend of onshore and offshore developers so ability to manage time efficiently is key for success. This position will hybrid; availability to work onsite at the corporate office in Plano, TX is required, 2-3 times per week. Skills and Requirements 8+ years experience as a Scrum Master in an enterprise level software release environment Agile and/or SAFe expertise and best practices Prior experience working in a global environment Proficient in MS Office, including creation of PowerPoint presentations Experience in Azure cloud preferred; will accept expertise in alternate cloud provider Able to manage teams in dispersed geographic locations Excellent written and oral communication Proactive in approach Proficient in ADO - Agile certified or SCRUM Certified or SAFE Certified -Prior expertise as a software engineer/Java Developer -Retail or CPG client experience -Working knowledge of MS Azure stack (Databricks, Data Factory, etc) -Expertise managing projects that are Java based applications (backend preferred) null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
