JOB SUMMARY
The Project Management Manager responsibilities include oversight, planning, budgeting, leading project teams, status reporting and documenting all aspects of specific project deliverables.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages multiple projects, assigning responsibilities, validating tasks are on target, resolving impediments to progress, negotiating changes to commitments/requirements, and escalating risks and issues appropriately to execute on business needs within required timeframes.Develops comprehensive project plans, including configuration management, risk management, project measurement, and quality management plans, as well as crafting project iterations strategy and evaluation/management plan.Implements, maintains, updates, and communicates the project plan throughout project evolution, ensuring all changes are implemented and documented through a formally defined change management process and taking corrective action as necessary.Tracks, reviews, and analyzes project status and statistical findings, synthesizing and conveying key findings to all organizational levels in a variety of ways, e.g., holistic progress reports, summary reports, risk notifications, presentations, storytelling, etc. Reviews estimates and estimating assumptions for the project’s schedule, effort, and cost using established estimating models, best practices, and past experiences.Owns the success of metrics defined by the project process guidance, i.e., project plan and subordinate plans, tailoring organizational processes as needed.Manages project’s people resources effectively, e.g., ensuring project resources receive necessary training, leveraging project talent appropriately, reviewing and confirming project team adherence to all quality assurance and change management processes. Builds and maintains working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects. Reviews project deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with established project standards.Reviews ongoing and proposed projects to identify opportunities for reuse and process improvement.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Education and/or Experience
Four-year college degree or equivalent experience is required. 8+ years of related work experience is required. Healthcare experience preferred.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional Designations
PMP or PMI Certification or equivalent project management experience preferred.SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
Strong ability to manage all aspects of a project including providing overall guidance and direction to the project and overseeing financial management activities.Solid understanding of System Development Lifecycle and test methodologies.Demonstrates strong interpersonal and analytical skills.Strong ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.Experienced in Waterfall and/or Agile methodology.Computer Skills
