Responsibilities:
Insight Global is assisting a client in identifying a proactive and results-driven Scrum Master to join our dynamic team who focuses on consulting 20 business units and developing digital solutions. As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in project management, taking ownership for delivery and ensuring accountability among team members. Your primary responsibilities will include organizing and influencing others, driving change, and facilitating the smooth execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead 2-3 cross-functional teams, overseeing all ceremonies and supporting refinement processes.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices.
- Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize tasks and optimize workflow.
- Facilitate sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings to drive continuous improvement.
- Assist teams in overcoming obstacles and promote a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Engage in hands-on problem-solving, aiding in the resolution of technical issues and guiding the team towards successful outcomes.
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and delivery excellence within the organization.
- Utilizing Azure DevOps and other project management tools
