The Opportunity:

CACI is currently looking for a Configuration Management Specialist / Scrum Master to join our team that supports a custom-built food distribution management system, Integrated Food Management System (IFMS), for the USDA’s Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR). Candidate will be responsible for ensuring the project team adheres to the configuration management principal and procedures defined for the program.

This is a remote role and is ideal for someone who can combine agile project facilitation and configuration management practices. You will ensure smooth, efficient agile processes while overseeing and managing configuration standards to support IFMS.


 

Responsibilities:

Participate in backlog management, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other scrum ceremonies.

Facilitate agile practices, remove impediments, and support the team’s productivity and efficiency.

Capture, track and report sprint metrics.

Verify the traceability and tracking of release artifacts and other project documentation.

Work with IFMS leads to refine configuration management and scrum processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Ensure quality and completeness of JIRA tickets and other release artifacts.



Qualifications:

Required: 

(Two) 2+ years of experience working in configuration management

(Three) 3+ years of experience working as a scrum master

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Ability to work individually (self-motivated) and within a team environment

Ability to communicate effectively with users, and management

Strong interpersonal communication, written communication skill and customer service skills

BA/BS Degree or 4+ years of additional experience (7 years total)

Desired:

Experience with the Atlassian suite (JIRA/Confluence)

Experience with ServiceNow

Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$56,000-$117,500
