Scrum Master
Description Our Scrum Master will play a pivotal role in shaping and guiding the successful implementation of agile principles in our Business Intelligence (BI) and Service Software Development teams. You will be working closely with a diverse set of stakeholders, with a focus on aligning team efforts with strategic objectives, ensuring optimal productivity and delivering value to our customers. As our Scrum Master, you will also drive communication and cooperation among team members and between teams to manage dependencies and coordinate efforts. Your activities will also include working closely with the Product Owners to manage and refine the product backlog, anticipate risks and dependencies, and set priorities accordingly. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you will guide teams to identify opportunities for process and product improvements and drive their implementation. You will also instill and maintain a customer-centric culture within your teams, ensuring that the products we are creating are truly valuable and meaningful to our users. This position reports directly to the Agile Coach/Manager and interacts regularly with a range of stakeholders, including product owners, software developers, business analysts, UX/UI designers, QA testers, and department heads. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role • Proven experience with Agile Development and Agile Scrum methodologies • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira and Bug Tracking tools • Familiarity with Cloud Technologies and Epic Software • Experience in AB Testing and implementing best practices • Understanding of Burndown charts and metrics • Exceptional collaboration and team building skills • Proactive in identifying issues and impediments and providing solutions • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Relevant certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) would be a plus • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or related field, or equivalent experience • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
