Are you someone who can:

Develop and advise on appropriate change strategies in alignment with project requirements that support overall business strategyResolve challenges and act autonomously in creating resolution within the Agile spaceEnable cross-functional development teams to deliver quality software as effectively as possible whilst upholding the values, principles and practices of scrum methodology and the agile manifesto both personally and within the teamWork with both Kanban and Scrum simultaneously depending on the team Prevent wastage, and on an ongoing basis identify process improvements in order to contain and reduce costsDevelop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships within FNB and/or across the FRGParticipate in planned activities that are appropriate for own and employee developmentHelp the Development Teams understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog itemsAsses and evaluate of the current Agile environment within allocated Development TeamsCoach the development teams in self-organization and cross-functionalityReview and report on the performance of the teamsImplement customer service solutions demonstrating the shared valuesDeliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standardsEnsure that scrum is understood and enacted

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

Minimum Qualification - Completed relevant undergrad degree/diplomaPreferred Qualification - Experience - 5 to 8 years Scrum Master ExperienceAdditional Knowledge - SME in relevant function/field
