Responsible for oversight and communication of the cybersecurity programs, which includes: providing strategic direction, financial oversight, and investment prioritization of new security controls/initiatives to address emerging threats; managing portfolio reporting and delivery of cybersecurity controls/capabilities to address risks in our environment. Professional level role with knowledge and experience as a Scrum Master. Typically Scrum Masters at this level work with two or more mature teams at a time, under broad supervision and little instruction. Delivery focused team leader. Consults with business leaders on the development of policies, processes and practices. + Remain aware of the corporate technology, infrastructure, standards, processes, and strategic direction and use these tools to help guide the client in accomplishing their business goals. + Leverage knowledge of Agile and Scrum principles to ensure that Scrum Team deliverable are met on time and within budget. Facilitate team ceremonies. Navigate the organization in order to remove impediments on behalf of the team. Ensures Agile tools are up to date. Responsible for ensuring Truist Agile SDLC is appropriately followed. Troubleshoot, solve, or consult on, problems and recommend appropriate action.
