The Screening Administrator is responsible for ensuring that applications for employment to G4S are successfully screened in line with G4S company and industry standards. This role is based in our HR Shared Service Centre in Stockton on Tees with the potential to be hybrid once fully trained. Key responsibilities/accountabilities include:
Confirming a candidate’s personal data, on the candidate’s application pack, including entry onto the vetting platform and carrying out preliminary vetting checks
§ Collating documentary evidence to support the candidate’s activity over a specified period of time including references and supporting documentation.
§ Analysis of information & documentation obtained during vetting to ensure the suitability of the candidates in line with core G4S Values
§ Carrying out several screening and vetting checks in line with Company or Industry Standards
§ To establish a clear audit trail by way of case notes on each file detailing activities taken during the screening process.
§ Speaking to candidates and key G4S personnel to discuss candidates progress
§ To complete screening within specified timescales.
§ Manage phone calls and correspondence received in the department.
§ Providing updates on current caseload.
§ Managing an individual caseload of candidate files.
§ Analysis of information received to ensure it meets the required standard.
§ Maintaining employee confidentiality in line with Data Protection principles
§ Working with colleagues and assisting others in different departments where needed
