Job Description
As a Screen Print Operator, you will be responsible for loading and unloading shirts, hats, sweatshirts, and other apparel on screen printers and embroidery equipment. You will ensure that the apparel is correctly aligned and that the production process can continue smoothly. Additionally, you will perform quality checks on prints, colors, sewing, and embroidery on products before packaging them. You will also be responsible for alerting team leads of any quality defects, packaging the product, and completing the appropriate documentation.

Enjoy light production work with a repetitive nature that takes your products all around the USA. Once you become a permanent employee, you are allowed three pieces of clothing for free from the employee store every two weeks and receive an attendance bonus of $75 every two weeks.
Work Environment
Work in a clean, well-lit, and newly renovated facility. Most positions require standing and moving for the entire shift, with shifts from 7am-5pm, Monday to Thursday (4 10-hour days), with opportunities for overtime on Fridays and some Saturdays. You will work in teams of 2-6 people, with each team member depending on the previous one, making attendance and dependability crucial. The facility includes 8 screen printers, 12 embroidery machines with multiple heads, 4 v-lock machines, 10 vinyl transfer machines, and the ability to perform a variety of other types of printing if needed.
