About the team:

The position belongs to the Aftermarket (AM) division to streamline ZF Aftermarket's five premium product brands and service concepts in Japan. Aftermarket division offers products and services related to the maintenance, repair, and enhancement of a product after its initial sale. In Japan, there are over 20 team members, including those from Field Sales, Sales Support, Technical Service, and Operations teams working in Aftermarket division.

 

What you can look forward as SCM Operator:

In charge of material management role to process purchase orders internal / external / domestic / international suppliers to meet high level of customer satisfactions & key KPIs such as ITR and customer / supplier fill rates. Arrange shipment from international supplier to customer / warehouse and coordinate related shipping document with ZF contracted forwarders for smooth import operation. Monitor shipment and negotiate to make expedite delivery with supplier / contracted forwarder to meet customer expectation when necessary. Handle troubleshooting a product / package issue during delivery with supplier / customer / forwarder / warehouse.  Handle internal / external purchasing processing.

 

Your profile as SCM Operator:

Bachelor's degree in related field. Minimum 5 years of work experience, and at least 3 years of work experience in operation fields (SCM, customer service, order management, logistics, or inventory management) Understand international shipment, customs clearance process, and aware of incoterms. Excellent communication in both Japanese and English (Oral and Written) Self-motivated, organized, team player. Intermediate levels of MS (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and PowerBI knowledge is plus
