As a Scientist Ops, Investigation Unit, you will conduct manufacturing, equipment and testing related non-conformance investigations. You will manage nonconformance activities utilizing established procedures. Manage tasks and activities to accomplish assigned objectives or schedules.
The OpportunityYou will assume responsibility for the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of non conformance activities. Summarizes non-conformance findings and reviews conclusions with supervisor/project leader. You will keep supervisor/project leader informed of work status, particularly of significant findings and results in critical problem areas.
You will analyze and interpret test results, experimental data using various data analysis software, spreadsheets and or applying quantitative methods. Uses technical writing skills to produce reports and documents. Present investigation findings at internal meetings.
Accountable for ensuring experimental methods and results are recorded timely, accurately and consistently, and according to established formats.
You may troubleshoot issues related to equipment or instrumentation. With guidance, analyzes and brainstorms alternative approaches to solve problems, makes recommendations and finds solutions to solve problems.
You will establish as appropriate internal/ cross-functional/ customer relationships. Other duties as assigned by management.
Who You AreYou have a Bachelor's degree in Biological/related sciences or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
You have 3 years of relevant industry experience or general laboratory experience

Knowledge, Skill or Ability Required
Ability to execute relevant laboratory experimentation
Strong writing and Root Cause analysis skills
Experience with Technical data and Data analysis
Sequencing experienced preferred.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Arizona is $ 60,600.00 - 112,500.00 USD Annual. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
