Key Responsibilities:Conduct research on graphene deposition techniques, focusing on development and optimization;Design and run experiments to improve the quality, uniformity process robustness of graphene monolayers on various substrates;Analyze experimental data, compile technical reports, present findings to partners, and draft IP documentation;Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate graphene deposition into the operational processes, prepare the documentation and run production batches;Stay current with advancements in monolayer formation technologies and contribute to the company's strategic R&D direction;Mentor and guide scientists and technicians in the lab.Key Requirements:Education:Ph.D. in Material Science, Nanotechnology, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field. A Master's degree with experience in the topic.Experience:5+ years of hands-on experience on monolayer deposition, preferably with a focus in graphene research;Experience working in an industrial R&D environment;Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Knowledge of graphene's applications in electronics, sensors, or other advanced technologies;Familiarity with simulation and modeling tools relevant to material science;Strong understanding of various deposition techniques such as CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition), ALD (Atomic Layer Deposition), and other relevant methods;Proficiency in using characterization tools such as Raman spectroscopy, AFM (Atomic Force Microscopy), SEM (Scanning Electron Microscopy), or TEM (Transmission Electron Microscopy);Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team;Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical information clearly;Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, Involvement The Company Offers:The innovative environment of the rapidly growing international company. Compensation
The monthly salary range estimated for this position based in Lithuania is €2 891,67–€4 335,42.
