We seek a motivated and high performing individual to join the Cell and Genetics Medicine group within Therapeutics Discovery (TD) to support the development of several CAR-T cell therapy programs. In this role, you will perform assays to assess the quality of lentivirus production and CAR-T cell generation to inform scientific decisions and interpret experimental data. The successful candidate will have a background in Molecular Biology. Success in this position will require both the ability to independently execute lab responsibilities and to effectively collaborate within a cross-functional team. This role is an exciting opportunity to join a diverse and ambitious discovery team and to work with state-of-art technology to create life-changing therapies for patients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform molecular biology techniques such as DNA/RNA extraction and quantification, qPCR, and ddPCR Analyze data, prepare reports, and effectively communicate results to colleagues Maintain laboratory records and ensure compliance with laboratory protocols and safety proceduresWork collaboratively with other team members to achieve project goalsA pre-identified candidate is being considered for this role.
