**Kelly Science & Clinical has a new, permanent opportunity for a Scientist in Rochester, MN!** **Shift:** M-F 7:00am-4:00pm **A Direct Hire Opportunity** **Salary:** $80k-$95k, DOE **Responsibilities:** + Design, generate, and characterize CAR T or other constructs for genetically modified T cells. + Implement strategies for highly multiplexed cloning. + Independently design and lead pre-clinical in vivo studies. + Collect, analyze, and present scientific data with proposed next steps. + Provide conceptual input on experimental design and supervise junior team members. + Coordinate research efforts with other scientific teams on cross-functional projects. **Qualifications:** + PhD in Immunology, Cancer Biology, or related field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. + Extensive expertise in immunology, particularly in regulatory T cells or engineered T cell therapies. + Understanding of CAR-T cell therapy and relevant challenges. + Proficient in laboratory and analytical skills related to CAR-T cells biology. + Excellent writing and presentation skills with a record of publication. + Ability to work both independently and within a team environment. + Valued Complementary Skills + Experience with human PBMC samples. + Proficiency in processing and analyzing mouse tissues. + Skilled in phenotyping and functional analysis of CAR T cells in both in vitro and in vivo experiments. + Strong data analysis capabilities. **Benefits Offered:** + Paid Holidays + PTO + Health insurance + Dental/vision insurance + Life insurance + Employer paid short- and long-term disability + AD&D + Simple IRA with an employer match **Pay will be determined based on title, education, and related industry experience.
