On behalf of our rapidly growing client, we are recruiting for a Scientific Consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Scientific Director or even a Scientific Consultant to join a global collaboration consultancy that leads international experts through their medical decision-making process for pharmaceutical clients.
The Scientific Consultant will be responsible for: Provide exemplary support leadership and guidance within the scientific team to ensure that scientific communication and scientific consultancy are carried out to the highest standards and meet client expectations Drive communication strategies, developing key scientific communication points, strategically focused documents, and deliverables to support product positioning and brand vision Maintain a hands-on approach to the creation and review of key deliverables to ensure scientific excellence, strategic alignment, and quality Guide the team in developing their skills through mentoring and coaching Establish positive long-term relationships with a wide range of contacts in client organisations to contribute to the organic growth of the business The Scientific Consultant should have the following: Strong biological sciences background – a biological life sciences degree, probably with a PhD but not necessarily Previous significant experience in medical communications, pharmaceutical industry/healthcare A passionate alignment and application of your extensive industry knowledge to the clients’ objectives and needs and sheer resourcefulness in coming up with innovative solutions Raw confidence – you’ll be interacting with highly educated and interesting clients globally, so you’ll need to be comfortable and to be able to ‘hold your own’ Commercially experienced to build influential relationships through the application of strategic thinking and developing and contributing to the organic growth of the business A proven track record in coaching/mentoring others to develop their potential and inspire them Confidently manage and communicate with people at all levels BenefitsIf you’re looking to join a cutting-edge business that has a meaningful impact on patients' lives through the consultancy it delivers, then look no further.
