Job Description
The Manager, School Operations provides across the board operational support to managed schools within the virtual school program to contribute to the overall goal of providing excellent service to schools and their clients. Each manager is responsible for leading specific operational areas based on the breadth and level of support needed for the suite of tools, school operations functions, and reporting. Managers are responsible for interfacing with corporate and school business partners on behalf of the operations team and providing regular updates to the team on their areas of responsibility.The Manager, School Operations is part of the national operations team and provides support for our schools with an emphasis on compliance activity at all levels, internal and external to the Stride organization.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field of study ANDFive (5) years of school operations experience OREquivalent combination of education and experienceCertificates and Licenses: None required.

Formal project management experience in fast-paced or start-up environmentNon-profit / education grants management experienceExperience with managing online learningCompensation & Benefits: Stride, Inc. considers a person’s education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee’s salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position’s level and expected contribution, and the employee’s benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.
We anticipate the salary range to be $77,106.40 to $96,383.00. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions.
