Why You’ll LoveThis Role: + Competitive Pay: Earn $20-25/hr + Prime Locations: Work in the beautiful areas of Pasadena and South Pasadena + Flexible Hours: Full-time and part-time positions available (Monday-Friday) What You’ll Do: + Collaborate with Experts: Work under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and program supervisors. + Support Students: Provide essential behavior assistance and interventions to help students thrive. + Implement Strategies: Use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to support learning and behavior. + Crisis Intervention: Be a crucial part of the team during challenging moments. + Goal-Oriented: Review and implement behavior intervention plans and goals from Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). + Document Progress: Keep accurate records of sessions and data. + Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality at all times. + Promote Independence: Assist students with self-care activities like toileting, clothing routines, and personal hygiene. + Behavior Management: Reinforce positive behaviors and supervise students during behavior management techniques. What We’reLooking For: + Education: High School diploma or equivalent required. + Experience: Two (2) years of relevant experience preferred. + CPR Certified: Current CPR certification required. + Health Requirements: Current PPD or Chest X-Ray (as applicable per state and/or client requirement). + Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers, and clients. + Tech Savvy: Computer proficiency required.
