Join us and be part of a team that prioritizes collaboration, growth, and excellence. **YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** + Execute yearly and quarterly capacity scheduling for the department and translate it into shift patterns. + Schedule the production process and production departments based on material, employee, and equipment availability. + Monitor the production process and implement process improvements. + Efficiently assign production tasks to minimize company costs and meet delivery deadlines.
