**THE OPPORTUNITY**
As a Scheduling Expert, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and developing the scheduling of our department's activities to ensure we meet market supply needs and uphold our high-quality standards. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing our operations and maintaining seamless workflows.
**This position is based in Koropi (Greece) and reports directly to the Manufacturing Manager.**
Boehringer Ingelheim's site in Koropi, Greece, is a vital facility dedicated to the production of high-quality pharmaceutical products. Established in a strategic location near Athens, the Koropi site has played a significant role in the company's global operations, focusing on manufacturing, and distribution. **YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Execute yearly and quarterly capacity scheduling for the department and translate it into shift patterns.
+ Schedule the production process and production departments based on material, employee, and equipment availability.
+ Monitor the production process and implement process improvements.
+ Efficiently assign production tasks to minimize company costs and meet delivery deadlines.

**WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM**
+ University diploma (or equivalent) in Chemistry, Engineering, Pharmacology, Food Technology, or Automation.
+ At least 1 year of working experience in an industry environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector, or alternatively, in the food process industry.
+ Fluent (native) in both English and Greek.
+ Proficiency in SAP and/or other Manufacturing Execution Systems.
+ Strong customer service mindset and effective decision-making skills.
