Scheduling Coordinator (Workers Comp/Auto Claims)

The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible to schedule and coordinate appointments with clients, physicians and examinees. This position ensures client specific requirements for provider specialty and location are met and that all ancillary services are arranged. Will be taking inbound and making outbound calls, taking referrals from email and fax from clients for insurance claims. Navigate the system to schedule doctor appointments. Handling auto and workers comp claims.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
+ Need to be very comfortable and skilled on the computer ideally 1-2 year of experience utilizing scheduling systems and MS office. Ability to type 40+ WPM.
+ Must be comfortable handling spurts of high volume calls (20 or so every few hours).
+ Must be comfortable constructing professional emails at a high volume.
+ Someone that is from a healthcare experience is important.
+ Someone that can multitask and prioritize their work. Working in a timely fashion to be able to process referrals quickly.
+ Someone that is going to be working in a multi-screen setting.
+ Someone that comes from a dispatch position is someone that would be considered.
Work Environment:
Federal Way Office
Mon- Fri 8 AM to 5 PM
Smaller Office with own work station - 20 employees

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00
