Position Purpose:

Scheduler II schedules procedures following approved Medical Group, hospital and Patient Care Services policies and procedures.Specialty: Mount Carmel Medical Group Specialty Location : 85 McNaughten Road, Suite 200, Columbus, Ohio 43213Hours of office: Monday – Friday 8:00a – 4:30pm

What You Will Do:

Responsible for obtaining, recording and relaying accurate information required for scheduling cases.Communicates pertinent clinical/scheduling information to the physicians, nurses and scheduling team and members of the Service LineCoordinates multiple procedures when scheduling cases as well as completes pre-procedure taskFunctions as a liaison between the physicians, patients, referring physicians, and members of the Service Line

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: High school graduate or equivalentExperience: Minimum of two to three years experience working with scheduling, physician practices, hospital units/ancillary departments
