Description We are on the lookout for a meticulous and well-coordinated Scheduler to be part of our team in the Aerospace industry based in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in planning and coordinating projects, managing customer relations, and handling various software tools. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Effectively utilizing tools such as Atlassian Jira, CRM, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, and Microsoft Outlook to execute tasks and manage projects. • Managing and coordinating construction contracts to ensure smooth operations. • Overseeing budget processes to ensure financial efficiency and accuracy. • Utilizing the 'About Time' software for efficient project coordination. • Ensuring effective communication between all parties involved in a project. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions. • Responding promptly to customer inquiries to maintain high customer satisfaction. • Monitoring customer accounts regularly and taking necessary actions when needed. • Processing customer applications in a timely and accurate manner. Requirements • Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira software. • Experience with CRM platforms for managing client relationships. • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, PowerPoint, and Access. • Ability to manage email and calendar schedules using Microsoft Outlook. • Experience with About Time software for workforce management. • Understanding of budget processes in an aerospace environment. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Knowledge of construction principles and practices within the aerospace industry. • Experience in managing and negotiating contracts.
