Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Scheduler to assist with our clients decommissioning project within our Energy portfolio. This position will see your work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that project deliverables are scheduled on time.

Key responsibilities

Maintain Short-, Medium- or Long-Term Schedule depending on your assignment. Maintain schedules reflecting latest approved scope and timing. Liaise with Coordinators, Planners and Offshore Leadership for Schedule build, approval and lock. Liaise with Materials Coordinator to ensure availability before scope lock. Deliver the overall manning requirement histogram. Identify Capacity issue in advance. Review and raise deferral of IC and MA work orders. Develop detailed execution plan as required. Capacity manage work within Revisions to available resources. Release work orders at regular intervals Update resource profile. Ensure that all work orders have been released. Ensure all materials are set for delivery (MATD). Assist in the development of cost reports. Assist in the review of estimated forecast cost (EFC) to budget. Completing various analysis reports as required Review backlog for RESCH work orders and work with Coordinators and Planners to re-schedule. Prepare pre reads and present at the IAP meetings.

What you will bring

Similar experience as a Scheduler/Planner in the resources industry with an understanding of FPSO. Highly experienced using MS Project Experienced in using Work Management System. Demonstrated abilities to analyze in detail, identify options and recommend logical solution to deviations and problems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels. Full Australian work rights (with no limitations).
