Job Description
Your Responsibilities
As a Scheduling & Customer Service Representative, you will interact with customers to communicate project schedules and identify and resolve customer issues. In addition, you will research warranty and service entitlements.
Interact with customers to create project schedule requests, notifies customers of project status, start and end dates.
Respond to and resolves customer questions, concerns and complaints. Know where to find information needed to solve customer problems and escalate appropriate issues.
Track status and progress of work orders and projects.
Proactively identify and resolve issues in customer jobs or projects that fall behind schedule.
Responsible for interpreting specifications, job orders and schedules.
Report job and schedule status to manager as appropriate.
Assist in resolving billing complaints and recommends appropriate resolutions.
Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
Your Qualifications
Minimum of 18 years of age.
If operating a Company Vehicle, a valid driver’s license will be required.
1-3 years minimum experience.
Industry Experience -Construction, Insulation, Trades, etc. (preferred).
Travel Requirements
Type of Travel Required: Local
Amount of Travel Required: <10%
Need to work overtime and weekends as required
Physical Requirements
Work is performed in a typical office environment and may require standing, bending, lifting boxes or packages under 10 lbs., and remaining in a stationary position for long periods of time. Work requires regularly inputting/retrieving words or data into or from an automated/computer system.
