We are looking for a Scaffolding Supervisor to join our client on an exciting pharmaceutical plant expansion project, onsite in Kalundborg, Denmark.
Scaffolding Supervisors are responsible for coordinating all activities related to scaffolding within a project. They monitor the work of scaffolding teams and ensure that all practices adhere to safety regulations.
Responsibilities include: Planning and allocating work to the scaffolding crew. Inspecting scaffolding materials before and after erection. Ensuring the stability and safety of scaffolding structures. Conducting risk assessments and creating safety plans. Maintaining records of inspections, incidents, and maintenance work. Training new staff on safety protocols and proper scaffolding techniques. Liaising with other project supervisors and management to ensure that scaffolding plans align with project timelines and objectives. Supervising the erection and dismantling of scaffolding structures. Auditing and inspecting existing structures to confirm compliance with safety standards and structural integrity. Problem-solving on-site issues related to scaffolding.
