The Global Supply Chain Digital Lead is responsible to foster digital capabilities in the areas of SC Planning, Sustainable Logistics, Customer Service and Experience as well as with Export and Trade Compliance.

This Includes finding the right digital solutions (ideally existing) across the MARS eco-system to improve and/or automate processes, to add value or reduce cost in the above mention areas, to generate insights, analytical capabilities enabling faster decision-making

What are we looking for?

Degree in Business & Economics, Supply Chain Management and ideally Operations Research.

5-10 years of experience in supply chain and digital functions

Proven track record in leading transformation programs

Strong cross-functional business acumen

This role requires high level of stakeholder management: leadership teams, cross-functional, cross-teams, cross-regional.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Develop and own the SC Digital Roadmap including the governance and relation with the supply chain DT partner.

Collaborates with D&A to align on the SC strategy and ensure integration with the other VCO functions.

The Global SC Digital lead is the Supply Chain Product Owner from incubation to full deployment and maintenance across Its life cycle. He/She partners with the D&A team to ensure they own the technical part of the solutions. He/She also partners with the global functional leads to make sure the solutions are adopted and exploited against plan, and benefit cases are implemented and realized. (The functional lead drives change management, while SC Digital lead drives digital solution In line with functional expectations)

Coordinate the translation of the user requirements into Functional Specifications with the support of process SME and RC D&A.

The SC Digital lead partners with the SC Capability Lead to ensure capture and adoption of knowledge and utilisation via communities of practices and digital knowledge centers.

Benchmarking: internal (other segments/divisions) and external (other CPGs and experts)

The Global Supply Chain Digital Lead is a member of the Global SC Leadership Team.

This role will closely work with other VCO sub-functions Global Industrial Engineering, Global Engineering and Global Commercial.

A key partnership will be with digital teams as RC Data & Analytics (RC D&A), RC Digital Technologies (RC DT) and EOS teams.
