Responsibilities

Get the SBL/SPC task passdown and shift assignmentSupport production line issues and provide lot dispositionAnalyze Test data and SPC chartsFollow the production disposition cookbookMonitor Production hold lots that requires SBL team disposition Monitor SPC Process performance and address deviationsExtract data from applicable sourcesEnsure reliability of dataMeasure process metricsAnalyze SPC chart and identify trends and drift in performanceContain deviated material or inefficienciesCommunicate information to appropriate personnelAssist engineer on projects to improve production efficiency and effectivenessSupport continuous improvement projects to improve yieldSupport Product Engineering, Assembly/Test teams in issue root cause identification

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in engineering, science or equivalentPreferable with 1 year experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing environmentFresh Graduates from an electronic or engineering diploma are encouraged to applyAble to communicate and understand basic English and Bahasa MalaysiaDemonstrate ability to use computer-based programs and applications to perform daily job duties.Good understanding and proven working method using Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel.
