Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance and salary range at the time of the offer._ **Responsibilities** As a Savings Plan Pension Representative, you will develop and maintain records of participants and beneficiaries including active, deferred, retired, and separated members. Serves as a liaison between beneficiaries and participants and the plan administrator, handling or facilitating requests for contribution adjustments, refunds, and other administrative changes. Researches and assists in the administration of employee benefits. + Coordinates customer service responses to day-to-day inquiries from associates, beneficiaries, internal and external constituents, ministry service center, management and vendors regarding the core savings and benefit plans. + Assists with the administration of the legacy defined contribution plans throughout the system by providing customer service support to participants. Interacts with multiple plan vendors. + Assists with the calculation and verification for annual health ministry contributions to participant savings plan accounts. + Partners with vendors, health ministries, and other internal resources, to research and authorize survivor benefits. + Works with internal resources, health ministry representatives, the MSC and appropriate vendors to research and update associate employment events in all systems and databases. **Requirements** Education: + High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. + Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable. **Additional Preferences** Bachelors Degree **Why Join Our Team** Ascension associates are key to our commitment of transforming healthcare and providing care to all, especially those most in need.
