The qualified candidate will become familiar with the documentation, organization, and technical fundamentals of protective relaying and apply their knowledge for managing document control of, and developing, protective relay settings. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to: + Utilize software packages such as CAPE, ASPEN, AcSELerator, and Entervista. + Securely handling and delivering client files through client identified database systems. + Ability to work in design teams, is self-motivated to perform assigned tasks, and take the initiative to learn the trade **Required Education/Experience** + General experience and/or strong familiarity with protection documentation + Must be able to successfully pass client's background screening process + Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record **Desired Education/Experience** + A two-year technical certificate or degree is preferred but not required + Prior utility experience is highly preferred + Strong computer skills, the ability to learn new software packages efficiently, and retain and apply on the job training + Must have strong command of the English language and possess good written and oral communications skill POWER Engineers, Member of WSP, is a global consulting environmental and engineering firm and one of the top design firms in the energy sector.
