Job Description: SAP Testing – Senior Associate (SAP Sales and Distribution or Warehouse Management)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Testing Senior Associate with expertise in testing SAP applications, focusing on the Sales and Distribution (SD) or Warehouse Management (WM) modules. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in creating and executing manual and automated test scripts and have experience in SAP implementation projects. This role includes responsibilities in design, development, configuration, execution, data creation, proof of concept, and support for testing milestones.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and execute manual and automated test scripts tailored to client requirements.Validate functional correctness of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) or Warehouse Management (WM) processes.Perform SAP SPRO customizations and set up master data for testing.Sales and Distribution (SD): Validate order-to-cash processes, pricing, credit management, and delivery processing.Warehouse Management (WM): Validate Test inventory management, warehouse structure, and material flow processes.Conduct SAP integration testing with third-party systems and modules such as Ariba, SuccessFactors, Concur, and Fieldglass.Test SAP GUI and Fiori interfaces for functional and UI/UX consistency.Manage SAP conversion, migration, and upgrade testing projects.Leverage tools like Worksoft Certify for automation testing.Use test management platforms such as JIRA, Solution Manager, Zephyr, HP-ALM for test tracking and reporting.Test SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), data workflows, and business intelligence systems.Perform data-driven tests to ensure quality and accuracy of transactional data.Work within Agile/Scrum environments to ensure timely delivery of testing milestones.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on large-scale SAP implementation projects.Develop user training materials and conduct proof of concepts for business users.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience:7+ years of experience in SAP Testing and Automation.Minimum 5 years of Functional expertise in SAP module: Sales and Distribution (SD) and Warehouse Management (WM).Proven experience in SAP Cloud or S/4 HANA (On-Premise) implementations.Hands-on experience with SAP GUI, Fiori, and SPRO configurations.Proficiency in SAP manual and automated testing.Hands-on experience with automation tools Worksoft Certify.Expertise in QA processes, tools, and methodologies for backend and web applications.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.Business domain experience in SAP Procurement and Invoicing.Certification:SAP Functional CertificationWorksoft Certification
