About you
You have a background in SAP and are skilled in advising and delivering within major transforming programs and hold an understanding of client relationship management. You will have 3-5 years’ experience in Digital HR and at least completed 2 cycles of SAP SuccessFactors implementations. You must demonstrate proven ability to have implemented a SuccessFactors module independently or led a small team to accomplish this.

As a SuccessFactors Senior Functional Consultant in our SAP team your impact will be seen by:
Provide functional expertise in project delivery for SuccessFactors implementations or Digital HR client advisory services.
Identify improvement opportunities to achieve clients’ desired business outcomes and manage risk, quality, timeline, and budget of the SuccessFactors implementations. Focus on process and employee improvements to drive better sustainable and effective ways of working.
Utilize and apply best practices on projects based on experience and in consultation with experts; appropriately tailored for the client and their culture.
Support the SAP Practice in practice management, business development and go to market efforts including proposal development, pre-sales demos and providing updates on solution roadmaps.
Have the capability to independently lead design, build, test and deploy with deep technical and functional experience for relevant modules in SuccessFactors.
Have the ability to work on milestone-based deliverables and deliver on-time at the expected quality or beyond.
Effective client engagement skills (requirements gathering, workshops).
Support clients with data migration activities.
Have experience working with Integration Center and CPI integrations.
Capability and experiences working with custom BTP applications, SAP alliance and other SAP partner products such as Workforce Solutions, Docusign and Centrical etc. will be a plus point.
