Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 8 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SF ECTimeOffTimeSheet Solution Design & Architecture ConfigSkill - P2PReplication ConfigSkill - EmpCentrlPayroll SuccessFactors-Employ Central and Business Process Modelling. This role requires domain experience in Media and will operate in a hybrid work model with day shifts. No travel is required.
**Responsibilities:**
· Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions that align with business goals and objectives.
· Oversee the architecture and configuration of SF ECTimeOffTimeSheet to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
· Provide expertise in Solution Design & Architecture to develop scalable and efficient systems.
· Configure and manage P2PReplication to ensure seamless data integration and replication processes.
· Implement and maintain EmpCentrlPayroll configurations to support accurate and timely payroll processing.
· Utilize SuccessFactors-Employ Central to manage employee data and streamline HR processes.
· Conduct Business Process Modelling to analyze and improve existing workflows and systems.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
· Ensure all solutions are compliant with industry standards and best practices.
· Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise to maintain system integrity.
· Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
· Develop and maintain documentation for all technical solutions and configurations.
· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve solutions.
**Qualifications:**
· Possess a strong background in SF ECTimeOffTimeSheet and Solution Design & Architecture.
· Have hands-on experience with ConfigSkill
· P2PReplication and ConfigSkill
· EmpCentrlPayroll.
· Demonstrate proficiency in SuccessFactors-Employ Central and Business Process Modelling.
· Hold a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in technology architecture and solution design.
· Have domain experience in the Media industry.
· Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Show excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
· Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model with day shifts.
· Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
· Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
· Be committed to delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
· Have a proven track record of successful project delivery.
· Be capable of working independently and as part of a team
**Salary and Other Compensation:**
The annual salary for this position is between $112,500 - $132,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
