To learn more about Convatec, please visit http://www.convatecgroup.com **Overview:** This individual will provide IM leadership proactively, maintaining and delivering optimal solutions within the SAP Steady State Application Maintenance and Support organization in the areas of SAP security and GRC systems including Access Controls and Process Controls for the organization globally. **Key requirements** + 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP, specifically in the SAP Security module. + Expertise in Sap Security, GRC Access Controls, GRC Process Controls. + Provide 2nd level application support to the service centers, key users and the user population where problems are of a higher technical nature, require specific knowledge of the security and GRC access control processes or new technologies in SAP. + Experienced with all aspects of SAP Implementation process: Business process analysis, System configuration, Testing, Documentation, End-user training, and Production support. + Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions. + Ability to work collaboratively with business users and technical teams to identify and resolve issues. + Good communication skills, both written and verbal. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. + Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. **Education/ Qualifications** + A bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus. + Flexibility in Work Hours: Flexibility in the works hours is required, adapting to the dynamic needs of the role, and occasionally working outside standard business hours. + On-call Responsiveness: Ability to be on call for urgent incidents, ensuring prompt response and resolution during off-hours when necessary. + Managing a global team involves dealing with different time zones, cultural differences, and varied regulatory environments.
