Those in SAP Customer at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement CRM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP CRM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise customer relationship management processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve their strategic objectives.

Years of Experience: Candidates with 9 plus years of hands on experience

Position Requirements: 

Thorough understanding of business process – Make To Order (MTO), Make To Stock (MTS), Consignment, Third Party Sales, Intercompany Sales, Rebates, Credit Management, Billing Plans, Shipment etc.

Hands-on experience in S/4HANA functionalities – Business Partner, Advance ATP (AATP), Condition Contract and Settlement Management (CCM), BRF+ Output Management etc.

Strong knowledge of Contract & Sales Order Processing, Delivery Execution, Invoicing, pricing procedures, taxes etc.

· Should be able to handle requirement gathering, blue printing, design, configuration, functional testing, data migration, test data setup for UAT etc.

Able to analyze business requirements, provide conceptual and detail design to meet business requirements.

Perform necessary SAP configurations, write detailed functional specifications (FSD) for development of ABAP custom programs, testing and implementing the solution.

Integration experience with LE, EWM, PP, PS, HCM, MM & FICO

Ability to read ABAP codes preferred

Knowledge of S/4HANA is must.

Desired Skills 

Certification in S/4HANA is preferred.

Team lead experience.

Experience in SAP Transportation Management (TM), Hybris Billing (BRIM), C4C - Sales/Service/Marketing, Hybris Commerce

Experience in Activate Methodology.

Experience in JIRA, HP ALM and other PMO tools.
