Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP QM Functional Lead who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops. **Role:** SAP QM Functional Lead **Job Level:** Senior Manager **Location:** Boston, MA. Work from home - Hybrid. **Duration:** Full Time only **Job Summary:** We are seeking a Sr. Functional Architect with 12 to 15 years of experience specializing in SAP QM. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP QM in Sales Inspection Production Inspection Procurement and Quality Notifications. **Responsibilities:** + Own the design and implementation of SAP QM solutions to meet business requirements. + Supervise the integration of SAP QM with other SAP modules and external systems. + Guide on SAP QM best practices and industry standards. + Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality. + Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding of SAP QM processes. + Develop and maintain documentation for SAP QM configurations and customizations. + Resolve issues related to SAP QM in a timely manner. + Ensure data integrity and consistency across all SAP QM processes. + Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency. + Participate in project planning and provide input on resource allocation and timelines. + Support the development and execution of test plans to ensure system reliability. + Stay updated with the latest SAP QM developments and incorporate relevant advancements into the system. + Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall system performance. **Required Qualifications:** + Extensive experience in SAP QM including Sales Inspection, Production Inspection, Procurement and Quality Notifications. + Solid grasp of Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes. + Proven track record of successful SAP QM implementations. + Thorough and capable of managing multiple priorities. + Proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues. + Must be adaptable to changing business needs and requirements. + Should have a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development. **Salary and Other Compensation:** The annual salary for this position is between $138,000 - $186,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
