Join us as an SAP Program Director and lead the charge on a major SAP S/4 HANA upgrade, driving innovation and transformation across our organization. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to manage high-impact projects across Finance, Order to Cash, and Manufacturing and Logistics. If you’re a seasoned program manager with a knack for aligning technical solutions with business goals, this is the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities Oversee a program of ERP projects in support of business objectives and with a focus on platform thinkingDevelop and foster relationships with key IT and business leaders, project managers, portfolio stakeholders, and external partnersProvide daily management of project workstreamsCollaborate with business and finance leadership to support project requirements, vetting and prioritization processes Provide consistent and effective portfolio dashboards, portfolio reviews, scorecards, and reportsCollaborate with finance on analysis and management of budgets of in-flight and proposed projectsEnsure that portfolio benefits are defined and managed during the portfolio lifecycle, and that the realization is monitoredUnderstand and apply best practices in the areas of project management, agile delivery, portfolio management, and product managementEnsure compliance and alignment with the Program Management Office (PMO) standards and processesIdentify, track, and help resolve cross-portfolio dependencies and conflictsServe as the point of escalation for project stakeholders or requestors with issues directly related to project management Qualifications At least ten years work experience in an enterprise environmentSuccessfully managed a large S/4 Hana implementation that included some level of business transformationAbility to communicate effectively across multiple levels of the organization including managing through cross-business area or business unit prioritization discussionsUnderstanding of finance, order to cash, manufacturing and supply chain business processesExperience in implementing and maintaining accurate key performance measures relating to PMO and project management best practices such as building work breakdown structures, Waterfall/Agile/Scrum methodologies, etc; experience with traditional SDLC methodologies
