Our client is looking for a SAP OTC Retail - Returns/Refunds Specialist for a 6-month contract and will be working remotely.

Contract Duration: 6 Months
Required Skills & Experience Knowledge, deep understanding, and experience of Enterprise Resource Planning software – (SAP). Knowledge and certification in SAP Technology. Experience in Guiding and providing training to End Users around SAP- software solutions. Experience in SAP software in different industries with different functionalities of the Business. Computer/IT Analyst application of systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users, to determine hardware, software, or system functional specifications experience in SAP technology. Design, development, documentation, analysis, creation, testing, or modification of computer systems or programs in SAP Technology, including prototypes, based on and related to user or system design specifications experience. What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of Returns and Refund processes in a live SAP S/4HANA system. Take ownership of the migration of these processes to S/4HANA and ensure the new processes are implemented as per the customer’s requirements. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for returns and refunds across multiple channels, including e-commerce, in-store, and mobile. Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA to meet the business requirements for returns and refund processes. Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (SD, MM, FI), ordering systems, inventory management systems, and middleware applications. Also ensures the integrity of the existing solution is maintained. Work closely with 3PL providers to integrate their systems and processes with SAP S/4HANA. Develop and execute test plans to ensure the successful implementation of returns and refund processes. Provide expertise in the integration of returns and refund processes with omnichannel retail operations. Conduct training sessions and create documentation to ensure smooth knowledge transfer to end-users and support teams. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to returns and refund processes. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in returns and refunds management. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data consistency across the SAP system. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
