**Core task includes:**
+ Developing and accessing strategies for IT organization and support processes.
+ Identifying the appropriate IT enabler to support the business strategy.
+ Define detailed IT-landscape and transformation map based on enterprise requirements.
+ Support for system optimization.
+ Manages projects, defines deliverables, and provides definitive advice and interpretation of situations
+ Ensures business critical & innovative results
+ Ensures that goals and milestones are met and approved budgets are managed appropriately
+ Manages escalation appropriately
+ Tracks single project budget line
+ Builds strategic partnerships with key decision makers in customer & partner organization
+ May include team lead or supervisory responsibilitie
**Experience**
+ Sound professional experience
+ Deep knowledge of project management skills
+ PMI, Six Sigma or equivalent certification; if in Six Sigma has black belt
+ Represents SAP to customers'
+ Responsible for delivery of quality outcomes of projects of high volume or high risk
+ Finds common ground for cooperation within project team
+ Formulates clear project plans incl. milestones, timeline and sub projects
+ Communicates messages relevant for project in a timely manner and with constructive feedback to project team
**Key Responsibilities & Tasks**
+ Leads the technical workstream and coordinates technical stakeholders in an engagement
+ Explains complex technical aspects to stakeholders, including non-technical audiences
+ Coordinates delivery activities with technology partners
+ Plans and executes solution deployments
+ Leverages the capabilities of the SAP's latest technology platform(s) and reinforces their benefits
+ Champions and leads the transformation
+ Implements and supports the operation of technical system landscapes
+ Supports setup and connectivity of integrated system landscapes (on-premises, cloud and hybrid) by applying state-of-the-art methodologies
+ Delivers technology components-specific expert consulting and quality assurance services
+ Delivers system optimization services
+ Supports solution proposals and bid management
+ Supports in escalated projects and manages escalations with product teams, mediates between stakeholders
+ Occasionally takes over responsibility as a project lead or team lead for a service delivery and supports line manager(s) in people development tasks
+ Delivers customer workshops and trainings
+ Drives the evolution of the relevant section of the services portfolio for the respective solution area and key related areas; can be owner of a service and/or initiates updates to the portfolio
+ Drives the creation of templates, common practices and supporting service delivery artifacts
+ Mentors technology consultant

**Compensation Range Transparency** : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 200600 - 340900(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
