This role is part of the Regional Digital Technologies Deployment team and is responsible for deploying new Lead to Cash capabilities to the European Markets using S4 HANA and Edge systems, working in collaboration with the Centers of Excellence, Data Transformation Team, GPOs, Regional Business Teams, IT Run & Grow and System Integrators.

What are we looking for?

College Degree in IT5+ years of experience in large-scale SAP S/4HANA deployments or transformations.Experience in lead to cash and physical logistics processesStrong understanding of SAP Activate methodology, including Fit-to-Standard workshops, Business Process Redesign, and Agile Implementation.Testing tools like Tricentis Tosca.Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, for project management and issue tracking.Hands-on experience with cutover planning, data migration, UAT, and go-live strategies.EDI, API-based integrations with third-party applications.Ability to drive process standardization across multiple business units.Demonstrated project management skillsAbility to work effectively in a flexible and changing environment, managing multiple activities and prioritiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills

What will be your key responsibilities?Develop and execute a deployment plan for Lead to Cash that is aligned with S4 Project milestones.Collaborate with Petcare L2C COE team to ensure a robust end to end solutionPlan and Drive Fit to Standard sessions to Local Key Users for all Lead to Cash processesGather Specifications for Local Tax and Regulatory RequirementsCoordinate SIT with System Integrator and 3rd party vendorsWork closely with deployment business team on UAT, resolving or escalating any L2C technical related issuesPlan and coordinate data migration, cutover activities, and go-live strategies.Ensure smooth transition from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA.Identify and mitigate deployment risks.Ensure standardization of business processesDrive automation and best practices in L2CEnsure seamless integration with external systems such as Salesforce, Magento, and payment suppliersAct as a bridge between business teams and SAP consultants.Support training sessions and user adoption programs
