What you’ll do:
Position Title:  SAP iXp Intern – Technical Support Industries & Customer Experience
Location: São Leopoldo, RS

Be part of the Communication Crew of the TS I&CX Executive Office working on presentations & internal communications; Creativity and design skills; Provide administrative support for global Head of TS I&CX including calendar management, planning and scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, submitting expense reports and preparing presentations; Organization and scheduling of internal events (including managing agendas); Create purchase orders; Reception and distribution of documents; Serve as moderator for meetings and events; Assist theTS I&CX Executive Office with different tasks; Provide support in all ongoing projects and initiatives
 

What you bring:

Executive secretary, administration, communication, marketing, public relations, or related fields degrees in course are preferable (2th semester or later or two years to graduation);  Knowledge in Excel, Word and PowerPoint; Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written); Attention to detail and high motivation; Collaborative & Team worker. No previous experience required, but a year of previous experience in the role is a plus

Meet your team: 
The intern will work with the Technical Support Industries & Customer Experience (TS I&CX) Executive Office and will assist with various administrative tasks. The intern will have the opportunity to work on global projects inside TS I&CX as needed.
