The Support Center CEE (Central Eastern Europe) has employees in five locations: Belgrade, Bratislava, Budapest, Gliwice, and Prague.
Comprising over 500 support engineers, interns, and more than 30 leaders, we cover nearly all SAP Products and have teams from all Technical Support Solution Areas. Our locations also boast strong Innovation and Employee Engagement teams that help to foster an innovative spirit and ensure the well-being of everyone.
SAP Technical Support delivers first–class support to complete SAP Portfolio:
Handling customer support incidents (24x7)
Providing technical support with deep analysis
Providing real time support

What you'll do
Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Technical Support
Location: Budapest, Hungary
Duration: min. 12 months - during the whole internship a full-time, active student status is required (aktív, nappali hallgatói jogviszony)
Time schedule: min. 24 hours/week (possible schedules: 24 / 30 / 32 / 40 hours per week)
Monitoring and distributing customer tickets and help to fulfil Service Level Agreement
Collaboration with fellow support colleagues and other internal organizations to provide superior customer service
Taking ownership of basic technical issues
Providing direct technical assistance for customers via our Customer Service System
Ability to work at least 3 days/week
What you bring
Active, full-time student status at a Hungarian university (BSc. / MSc.)
Fluency in Hungarian, very good spoken and written English language skills
Ability to work in teams of multicultural nature
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Customer and quality focus
Ready for continuous learning and improvement
Open personality and professional communication style
Internship in IT field is a plus
