What you’ll do:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern – Data Compliance Support
Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina
Duration: 6 months up to 18 months
Start Date: April 2025

 

In this role,
You will be responsible for timely and accurate fulfillment of various tasks in areas of scanning and data processing and compliance responsibilities for Procure Travel Pay processes. Your assignments will be related to:

 

- Scanning & Archiving
•    Scanning of incoming documents and uploading into the respective ERP system
•    Ensuring the invoices are organized into the files and archived as per legal standards
•    Shipment of the invoices and communication with local facility teams

 

- Data Processing
•    Focusing on the dedicated process and tasks in areas of vendor’s onboarding
•    Checking the supplier documents correctness
•    Communication with colleagues in scanning room, with colleagues from Line of Business and P2P department – personally, via emails, Teams and Ticketing system

 

- Compliance Checks
•    Review correctness of the manually posted incoming invoices to ensure compliance (4 eyes principle compliance check)
•    Daily communication on operational topics with teams based in Prague, Buenos Aires and Manila
•    Processing internal and external queries received in shared/private mailbox
•    Process documentation maintenance

 

Who you are:
•    You are a current student of an Administration or Economics related degree, graduating at the end of 2026 or onwards.
•    You have advanced written and spoken English skills.
•    You have knowledge in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
•    You are ready to work with the standardized finance processes
•    You pay attention to details
•    You welcome changes and are ready to participate on our finance transformation journey
•    You like to participate in problem solving initiatives with innovative approach
•    You have qualities of a team player that shares responsibilities and tasks

The Procure Travel Pay (PTP) team is an international and dynamic team based in three locations Prague, Manila, and Buenos Aires. Its members are looking forward to having you in it to drive the compliance quality checks scanning activities that support smooth vendor and service onboarding and invoicing process.
