Key Responsibilities:

 

Design & Architecture: Lead the design of SAP infrastructure, ensuring agreement on industry best practices and our goals.

Implementation: Oversee the deployment of SAP infrastructure components, coordinating with teams to ensure smooth and successful project delivery.

Performance Optimization: monitor for capacity to optimize the performance, availability, and scalability and resilience (HA, DR…) of SAP systems.

Security & Compliance: Implement security controls and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices to safeguard SAP environments.

Troubleshooting & Support: Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for infrastructure-related issues, collaborating with IT support teams to resolve incidents and minimize downtime.

 

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of the SAP infrastructure, including configurations, processes, and best practices. Facilitate knowledge sharing across teams.

 

Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Recommend new technologies, and methodologies to enhance and future-proof the SAP infrastructure.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing SAP infrastructure, including SAP HANA, SAP ECC, and associated technologies.5+ years of experience working with event-driven architecture, microservices are.Proficiency in SAP system architecture, databases, networks, and security protocols.And also with an understanding of SAP performance tuning and optimization.With the ability to collaborate across teams and departments.Relevant SAP certifications will be nice to have.
