As a Manager you will contribute to the growth and success of Deloitte Consulting LLP and the SAP Offering through: + Manage SAP implementation projects in a fast-paced, team environment + Lead and assist with pursuits and practice development initiatives + Promote and participate in forums for sharing expertise, strengthening Deloitte's collective knowledge, and helping resolve our clients' challenges + Collaborate on innovative solutions to bolster the future of the practice + Develop your knowledge of and gain project experience in SAP's newest and future solutions The team Deloitte's SAP practice helps clients move from legacy systems to enterprise-wide solutions by efficiently designing and implementing SAP solutions. Each SAP implementation focuses on achieving results that support businesses strategies through process improvement, technology, and innovation. Qualifications Required: + At least 8 years of relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large or boutique consulting firm, or as an internal consultant within the industry. + SAP implementation experience, with e xperience in all phases of at least 4 full lifecycle SAP ECC or S/4HANA implementation project s . + Functional/technical proficiency with SAP - ECC or S/4 HANA + Domain knowledge and delivery experience in at least one SAP module + S/4 HANA implementation experience + Ability to travel up to 50% based on client and project needs. + Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Desired: + Experience scoping, planning and delivering SAP projects as a team lead, project manager or integration manager + Experience developing and managing client relationships + Pre-sales, proposal, and RFP experience + Certified Project Management Professional or equivalent formal certification + Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies. + Experience with SAP Activate methodology . + Experience in a consulting environment with a Big Four firm. + Strong communication and client management skills. + Master's degree. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $ 131,175 to $218,625 .
