Job Seekers, Please send resumes to resumes@hireitpeople.com Detailed Job Description: Understand HCM and Success Factor Processes and the interface with other SAP tracks Manage management from discovery through delivery implementation and stabilization: Create and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, Provide the risk management to meet the project objectives and commitments Analyze and make decisions on projects, Prepare project status reports Ensure appropriate management of stakeholders throughout the project Collaborate with the PMO to ensure compliance with project standards, processes, tools and methodology Oversee integration of the agile teams deliverables with the project at largeScrum (or program) meetings to drive coordination Ensure all groups are being provided with timely and accurate project information

CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Project Management: experienced in managing projects/programs; comprehensive knowledge of project/program management methodologies and tools, including Agile methodologies. Financial Management: strong understanding of key concepts of financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, ROI development etc. Delivery methodology: knowledge and experience in agile / scrum / iterative Development.

Experience required: 4-5 Years

Education and Experience Required: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering with minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
