SAP FICO Manager - CNS

Your scope of duties:

Customer support in choosing the optimal business solution, Participation in consulting projects – including SAP (mainly S/4) implementation and business transformation in the areas of finance, accounting, real estate, profitability Pre and post-implementation reviews of selected processes and projects, Coordination and conduct of the main design work, Control of the budget implementation and project schedule, Cultivate and manage business development opportunities. Understand EY and its service lines and actively assess/present ways to serve clients. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Develop relationships with team members across all EY practices to serve client needs, Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Consistently deliver quality client services Provide constructive on-the-job feedback/coaching to team members. Foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment. Play an active role in counseling and mentoring junior consultants within the organization. Managing a team of 5-10 people. Starting with a series of training sessions, you will then use EYQ - your virtual assistant, along with other unique tools often available exclusively at EY. Our requirements:

10+ years of experience in SAP implementations in the area of FI/CO: REFX, PaPM etc., Experience in running projects, delegating tasks, Higher education. Fluent knowledge of English and Polish, Very good organization of work, Ability to manage and supervise teams through all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements definition, process and prose creation, business re-engineering, and application mapping.
