Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced SAP FI (Financial Accounting) Consultant to join our team and provide 2nd line support for SAP FI-related issues and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP FI configurations, troubleshooting, and user support within a live SAP environment.As a 2nd Line Support Consultant, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex SAP FI issues, offering functional expertise, and ensuring that SAP FI processes run smoothly. You will work closely with end-users, business teams, and other technical teams to identify root causes, implement solutions, and provide ongoing support.

QualificationsSAP FI Expertise: Proven experience in supporting and configuring the SAP Financial Accounting (FI) module.Support Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a 2nd line support or SAP consulting role with a focus on SAP FI.Technical Troubleshooting: Strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex system issues and perform root cause analysis.Business Knowledge: Understanding of financial accounting processes and principles, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and asset accounting.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with users and stakeholders at all levels.System Knowledge: Experience with integration of SAP FI with other SAP modules (such as SAP CO, MM, SD) is a plus.Experience with SAP S/4HANA (preferred, but not required).

Desirable Skills:

Experience with SAP FI month-end and year-end closing processes.Ability to conduct root cause analysis and suggest improvements for business-critical processes.Familiarity with SAP Fiori and SAP S/4HANA Finance applications.SAP FI Certification or relevant professional qualifications (preferred).Vertex tax automation technology knowledge (preferred)
