We have an opportunity for an SAP EWM Analyst to join our SAP S/4HANA Project Delivery team. As part of the project team, you will partner with the global business process owner (GBPO) as well as internal and external SAP Developers and consultants to drive new enhancements, configurations, updates, or implementations for SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). In this critical role, you'll be a key player in supporting a multi-year SAP S/4HANA global migration project, directly impacting our ability to continue growing and leading the world in smart, sustainable water solutions.

You will:
Support implementation of SAP EWM solutions for new plants across various global locations based on a global template, which will include conducting requirement analysis and gathering business requirements from stakeholders, developing and executing project plans, and ensuring timely delivery of SAP EWM solutions for each new plant/warehouse. Coordinate with the global project team to ensure alignment with overall project goals and timelines.Configure SAP EWM settings, including warehouse structure, storage types, and bin management, tailored to each new plant. Customize EWM processes such as inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, and warehouse movements for diverse operational needs. Implement advanced EWM functionalities like wave management, cross-docking, and slotting, ensuring consistency across all plants.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP EWM with other SAP value streams (e.g., SAP OTC, SAP PTP, SAP PTM) in the existing S4 environment. Ensure seamless data flow between SAP EWM and other systems, including third-party logistics providers, across different regions (e.g., RateLinx). Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain system integrity and consistency globally.Implement enhancements and new functionalities to meet evolving business needs and regional requirements. Conduct regular system audits and updates to ensure optimal performance across all plants.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in warehouse management across different regions. Implement and enforce security measures to protect sensitive data and maintain system integrity globally. Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards in all plants.Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides for each new plant. Document all changes, enhancements, and customizations made to the SAP EWM system in the global S4 environment. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders across all regions.Key Qualifications:
Have earned a bachelor’s (B.A. or B.S.) degree.Have 5+ years of experience in SAP EWM. This will include S4/HANA experience as well as experience in SAP EWM implementation, configuration, and support.Strong understanding of integrating SAP EWM with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP) and third-party systems.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex business requirements and support system enhancements.Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels and across different regions.Deep understanding of warehouse logistics, supply chain management processes, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solution.Compensation:
This posting is for one full-time SAP EWM Analyst position. For California and New York City residents, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $67300 – $125000 / year. For all other candidates, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $61,200 - $113,600 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs. This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as, annual incentive bonus.
